Mouawad reveals first details of Miss Universe Thailand 2020 Crown

On August 4, 2020, Mouawad Co-guardian Mr. Fred Mouawad shared the first details of the Mouawad Miss Universe Thailand Crown 2020 during a media event at Index Creative Village, Bangkok, Thailand. Speaking to the audience, he revealed that the crown’s concept is a reflection of the key theme of the Miss Universe Thailand 2020 pageant – “Real U, Real Miss Universe”. Taking the title “The Power of Authenticity”, the crown carries the message to be true to yourself and celebrate what makes you unique. The choice of colours for the crown – red, white and blue – reflect those of the Thai national flag while also carrying a deeper symbolism: white for the purity that is inherent in authenticity, red for the power that is unleashed when being true to ourselves, and blue to evoke the nobility associated with speaking the truth and living a life of purpose. Mr. Fred Mouawad also spoke of Mouawad’s 130 years of heritage of crafting the extraordinary, the deep ties between Mouawad and Thailand, and wished all Miss Universe Thailand contestants luck on their journey.
